Returns, refunds and cancellations policy: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product. However, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases: ・Opened products (excluding defective products) ・Products without packaging (bags/cases) ・Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago ・Products that have become damaged or stained while in the customer's possession.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and other fees incurred when returning or exchanging an item due to a customer's ordering mistake or personal reasons. (Please keep the return slip)
How to return a defective product or a product that was sent incorrectly: Please notify the sender of the reason for the return by email, and then return the product to the sender by post. Please note that we cannot process the return of the product if you send it back without notifying us of the reason for the return in advance.
Return shipping fee: In the case of return due to defective product or wrong shipment we will cover the shipping fee, so please send it by post. In the case of return due to the customer's mistake when ordering or other personal reasons we will not cover the shipping fee.
